search practice that includes a select group of high-profile projects
and major client relationships.

Betty L. Evans, Vice President & COO
Ms.
Evans co-founded RJ Evans & Associates and building on her strong
managerial strengths. Ms. Evans bought the Adecco franchise for NE Ohio
and over a ten year period built the business into multiple offices. Ms.
Evans then brought her large account management expertise to RJ Evans
where she has focused on developing large accounts.

Todd Evans, Managing Director
Todd
has over 15 years of experience as a successful Search leader focusing
on diversified industrial, technology and healthcare clients recruiting
for Director, VP level and above searches for commercial, product
marketing, engineering, sales, and executive management roles.
Previously Todd served as Vice President of Evans Personnel, a
contingent staffing firm and a franchisee of Adecco Employment Services
in Northeast Ohio.

Alex Dolhancyk brings over 30 years of Human Resource and Executive Search experience to RJ Evans & Associates. Mr. Dolhancyk specializes in senior-level management assignments from Vice Presidents and General Managers to COO's across a diverse range of market segments. Mr. Dolhancyk’s experience in HR development has prepared Alex to be uniquely qualified in the search for key executives.
